New Page at All-Inclusive-Caribbean-Cruises.netCruise Pack Mission Cozumel How do you feel about cruising for fun, but helping someone along the way? That is the idea behind "Cruise Pack Mission." We encourage cruise passengers to the Caribbean to bring along a backpack with goodies to give to a needy child. On one of our newest pages, we share a plan to bring 25 people, each bringing a backpack with supplies to orphans in Cozumel. Cruise Industry NewsHere are two of several things happening in the cruise industry: 1. Norwegian Charges Fee For Room Service
Starting May 1, the cruise line will make this fee permanent. Some items such as morning coffee and a continental breakfast will still not incur a charge, but others will. These include hot breakfast items and a wider array of meal options made available 24 hours. The fee is $7.95. Guests staying in suites and The Haven will not incur a charge for room service.
This second smart ship (sister to Quantum of the Seas), will make several sailings in Europe before being re-positioned to Cape Liberty, New Jersey, in the fall of 2015. If you wish to see what life is like on a smart ship, before too many other people do, you should contact your travel professional to secure your cabin for fall. There is a current deal being offered by Royal Caribbean to those who book a cabin by May 31st for sailings between November 10, 2015 and April 18, 2016. You will get a balcony cabin for the price of an oceanview stateroom, plus your deposit will be slashed by 50 percent. See your Agent for more information.
Plan A Group CruiseA group cruise is generally comprised of at least 8 cabins (number varies by cruise lines), each with 2 or more passengers. Group Cruise Ideas: graduation celebration, retirement celebration, family reunions, employee appreciation, club or organization fundraiser, girlfriends' getaway, couples' retreat, church outing, wedding, etc. Reasons for planning a group cruise: Cruising with a group is much more fun than cruising alone. I have done both and really prefer sailing with a group. Furthermore, there are perks to be had when cruising as a group. Plan your group cruise today. Learn more about group cruises here.
The dates are February 15- 20, 2016 - Presidents' Day week. It is a 5-day sailing aboard Carnival Sensation out of New Orleans to Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico. Prices for inside cabins start under $400 per person and under $450 per person for oceanview cabins. In addition, each cabin will have $50 to spend onboard the ship. Cruise Saving TipHere is something everyone loves - learning how to save a buck or two on their cruise ship vacation. Tip: Get Travel Insurance Elsewhere Traveling is fun: visiting new places; meeting new friends; trying new cuisines; enjoying beautiful beaches, etc. Unfortunately, unpleasant things sometime happen while we are out having fun. Therefore, it is always smart to buy travel insurance for peace of mind. Whenever you book a cruise, there is travel insurance offered by the cruise line. More often than not, I have found that if you buy the insurance elsewhere you will pay less. Protect your family and your hard-earned money. When you do, check with one or two other insurance companies before you buy a policy. Tip: Buy the insurance within fourteen days of booking the cruise, in order to get the most benefits. Travel safely and save while you do. Happy saving!
