Bahamas Cruises From Orlando

Bahamas cruises are abundant and, due to the weather on the islands, are year-round.

Most cruises to the Bahamas originate from Florida, many of these from the Orlando area of Port Canaveral.

I encourage you to read more about Bahamas Cruises From Orlando, by clicking here.

Cruise Industry News

Here are two of several things happening in the cruise industry:

1. Harmony of the Seas Being Built for Families

Royal Caribbean's next big ship, Harmony of the Seas, sets sail this year and it is being built for families. The ship is of the Oasis class and has several features which will wow your family.

To learn more about all the family goodies such as DreamWorks and Adventure Ocean, click here.

2. Princess Cruises Wants Your Business

Princess Cruises wants your family to book its next cruise with them and so they are giving away the store.

How about money to spend onboard the ship or reduced fares for the 3rd and 4th guests in the same stateroom and plus more?

This promotion runs through February 29th, so contact your travel consultant today.

Plan A Group Cruise

A group cruise is generally comprised of at least 8 cabins (number varies by cruise lines), each with 2 or more passengers.

Group Cruise Ideas: graduation celebration, retirement celebration, family reunions, employee appreciation, club or organization fundraiser, girlfriends' getaway, couples' retreat, church outing, wedding, etc.

Reasons for Planning a Group Cruise:

Cruising with a group is much more fun than cruising alone. I have done both and really prefer sailing with a group. Furthermore, there are perks to be had when cruising as a group.

Plan your group cruise today. Learn more about group cruises here.

Upcoming Group Cruise Opportunities

1. Cruise Pack Mission to Cozumel

On this cruise, each guest is asked to bring a backpack with supplies for orphans in Cozumel. Petes Travel Center will provide the backpacks and guests are asked to volunteer to add the supplies.

The dates are February 15-20, 2016 - Presidents' Day week. It is a 5-day sailing aboard Carnival Elation out of New Orleans to Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico.

2. Labor Day Bahamas Getaway

What a great time to get away from it all - Labor Day!

Close out summer with a bang. Visit the Bahamas and the beaches, before it gets cold in the US.

The cruise is set for September 5-10, 2016 and will sail from Jacksonville, Florida.

For more information and to reserve your cabin, click here.

3. Biggest Cruise Getaway

Have you sailed on the biggest cruise ship at sea - Allure of the Seas?

Now you can!

There is a group cruise planned for October 30, 2016 to November 6, 2016 on this beautiful ship, and you are invited.

For more information and to reserve your cabin, click here.

4. PTC's Christmas At Sea

Escape the hustle and bustle of Christmas this year. Stay away from the oven. Run away from the cold and snow for Christmas.

Plan to join us on an exciting, 3-night Norwegian cruise this Christmas. We will sail from Miami on Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th.

What a great way to spend this holiday with family and friends!

Cruise Saving Tip

Here is something everyone loves - learning how to save a buck or two on their cruise ship vacation.

Tip: Plan to Sail Between September and Early December

If you really want to find the best rates on cruises, sail between September and early December (except on and around Thanksgiving).

Sail when most children are in school, most people are working and Caribbean temperatures are milder.

Get with your travel consultant today to compare cruise rates between September/October/November and July and you will see the difference.

Happy saving!
